Senior Product Specialist

Position Overview
- Coordinate with customers for product development and customization of sustainable recycled-plastic shopping carts while ensuring that all product designs adhere to Supercart’s quality and materials standards.
- Implement and adapt company-specific temperature-controlled injection molding protocols, production scheduling systems, and defect classification frameworks into U.S. manufacturing workflows.
- Utilize advanced Excel tools (Power Query, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, FORECAST.ETS) for demand forecasting, inventory alignment, and production planning.
- Drive collaboration with distribution partner to localize product customization (dimensions, features, branding).
- Develop strategic market positioning tools and present to major retailers to demonstrate Supercart’s unique value proposition in sustainable carts.
- Spearhead launch of new product lines and oversee production efficiency, quality consistency, and market penetration strategy.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to U.S. engineering and production teams.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of Associate’s degree in Advertising Management, Sales Management or a related field and 5 years of experience as Senior Product Specialist, Sales Manager, Operations Manager or related occupation in the plastic shopping cart industry required.
